Introducing GeoFrame Teams: Collaborate on GPS-Tagged Photo Projects

Take Your Field Documentation to the Next Level

We’re excited to announce GeoFrame Teams — a powerful new way for teams to collaborate on GPS-tagged photo and video projects. Whether you’re managing a construction site, conducting environmental surveys, or coordinating field inspectors, GeoFrame Teams keeps everyone in sync with real-time photo sharing and precise location data.

What Is GeoFrame Teams?

GeoFrame Teams extends our popular GPS Map Camera app with team collaboration features. Now, instead of working in isolation, your entire team can contribute to shared projects with automatic GPS stamping, timestamps, and location metadata on every capture.

Each photo and video is automatically geotagged with:

  • GPS coordinates — precise latitude and longitude
  • Address and city — reverse-geocoded location names
  • Timestamp — accurate date and time of capture
  • Photographer name — who on the team took the shot

Key Features

Shared Team Projects

Create projects and invite team members. Everyone’s captures sync automatically to the shared project, giving you a complete visual record of your site or survey area. No more emailing photos or juggling file shares.

Real-Time Sync

Captures appear in the team dashboard as soon as they’re uploaded. See what your team is documenting in real time — perfect for remote supervisors who need to monitor progress across multiple sites.

Web Dashboard

Access all your team’s captures from any browser. The GeoFrame Teams web app gives you a gallery view, full-screen lightbox, and the ability to browse captures by date, location, or team member. No need to pull out your phone to review the day’s work.

GPS-Stamped Media

Every photo and video carries an embedded GPS stamp with coordinates, address, date, and time. This creates a verifiable record that’s essential for compliance, reporting, and dispute resolution.

Who Is It For?

  • Construction teams — document progress, inspections, and site conditions with time-stamped evidence
  • Survey and engineering firms — collect georeferenced field data across distributed teams
  • Environmental consultants — track ecological changes with precise location history
  • Insurance adjusters — capture property conditions with verified timestamps and GPS data
  • Real estate professionals — coordinate property photography across multiple agents
