1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using GPS Map Camera ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App across Android, iOS, and Windows platforms.
2. License
AppsInfoway Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GPS Map Camera for your personal or professional purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
You may not sublicense, sell, or transfer the App; reverse engineer or decompile it; use it for unlawful purposes; or remove any proprietary notices.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to photograph any subject, location, or person
- Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding photography and location recording
- The accuracy and use of any documentation created with the App
- Keeping your device secure and preventing unauthorized use of the App
GPS Map Camera must not be used to misrepresent locations, falsify documentation, or engage in fraudulent activity. Any such use is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
The App's code, design, graphics, and brand assets belong to AppsInfoway Technologies. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Photos you create using the App belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your content.
5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Core features of GPS Map Camera are free. Premium features may require a one-time purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed through the relevant platform store (Google Play, Apple App Store, or Microsoft Store) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform store account settings.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While GPS Map Camera aims for high accuracy, GPS coordinates are subject to device limitations and environmental conditions. We do not warrant that GPS stamps will be suitable for any specific legal, regulatory, or evidentiary purpose. Consult a qualified professional for compliance-critical documentation requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppsInfoway Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or premium features in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
